Job Summary
This role involves spearheading the implementation of customer-facing cloud environments, on-premise infrastructure, and telephony systems while delivering world-class client experiences.
The incumbent will serve as an escalation point to mentor team members and resolve complex aging issues with minimal oversight.
Candidates must be willing to participate in after-hours on-call rotations and perform on-site technical support including emergency repairs.

Key Requirements
Associates degree in technology related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support
Network + certification required
Server + certification required
Windows Server 70-410 or 98-365 certification required
Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange Servers
