Key responsibilities include managing site-based hard FM services, implementing reactive and planned maintenance programs, and ensuring effective energy and utilities management.
The role requires ensuring the effective delivery of FM services to the complete satisfaction of stakeholders through achievement of quality standards within agreed annual budgets.
