Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects, covering hardware, firmware, and software integrated with warehouse automation systems. Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to align R&D execution with strategic business priorities. Drive Agile adoption and SAFe coordination across multiple teams, ensuring sprints and program increments are on track.
