The PSSS Construction Manager will provide project management, risk management, and project controls throughout all phases of project execution, serving as the primary liaison between the GC, vendor, trades, client, and project design team.
Responsibilities include authoring bid package RFPs, subcontractor pre-qualifications, statements of work, construction estimates, and developing site-specific safety, no impact, risk management, and change control plans.
