Job Summary
The Process Architect Consultant is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving MediCard's enterprise-wide process architecture, standards, and redesign discipline.
This role serves as a critical upstream capability to the Automation & AI Enablement COE and the 2026–2028 Transformation roadmap by ensuring processes are automation-ready.
The position requires leading enterprise-level process discovery for priority domains including Claims, Provider, Finance, and Digital while establishing reference models.
