Drive the enablement and maturity of Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice across the organization by establishing community of practice and working groups.
Promote adoption of EA tools (e.g., Ardoq) to ensure effective onboarding and usage across domains and act as a champion for the EA repository and toolset.
Assess EA practice maturity and define roadmaps for continuous improvement, implementing KPIs and metrics to measure EA value delivery and practice effectiveness.
