  • This position is primarily responsible for the management of the entitlement, design, construction and opening of multiple projects within the firm’s Self-Development and Development Management portfolio.
  • Market segment is weighted heavily towards hospitality, with project types ranging from renovations to ground-up new development typically between $15MM to $60MM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and necessary for a successful project.

Salary

  • Ability to travel when needed
