Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain strategies to improve sales KPIs, analyze and report out regional sales metrics, and lead retention strategies for low performers.
  • Collaborate with dealerships and other business partners to attain business goals, identify potential risks, and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Builds a diverse and effective team by selecting the best talent, handling performance, and providing mentorship/coaching.
