Seeking a highly motivated individual to provide support for all aspects of the business including compliance with relevant laws, contract drafting, review, interpretation, and negotiation.
Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and interpreting commercial contracts, and providing advice and counsel to legal and business management.
Must have strong academic credentials, a law degree, an active license to practice law, and at least 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment and/or law firm.
