Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10 years manufacturing leadership experience
Strong WHS and environmental compliance knowledge
Capital expenditure budget management skills
Production planning and inventory control expertise
Team leadership for operational staff
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Engineering or relevant discipline
Knowledge of PLCs in manufacturing environment
Understanding of AS3600 concrete standards
Experience with union relations
Proven track record in continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident required
5–10 years' experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Bachelor of Engineering or relevant discipline preferred
