Key Requirements

  • Higher education in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (Operations Head, Production Head)
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing sectors
  • Experience managing direct and indirect personnel
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate/advanced)
  • Experience controlling KPIs
  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
