Job Summary
The Leasing / Sales Consultant is responsible for executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Responsibilities include lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
