The primary purpose of this job is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.
The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in facility surveys, quality assurance programs, and ongoing education to ensure compliance and maintain professional standards.
