Job Summary
Act as the ultimate HVAC technical reference within Specialized Services contracts, ensuring operational continuity, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Execute advanced root cause analysis on recurring failures of chillers, VRF/VRV, hydronic systems, and package units, and identify opportunities for thermal optimization and energy consumption reduction.
