Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years dispatch experience in transportation
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Proficiency with TMS and dispatch software
Ability to work 12-hour on-site shifts
Strong communication skills for client updates

Experience with Slack and Zoom platforms
Background in running operational reports
Sound judgment for rapid decision-making
High-volume logistics environment experience
