Must-have
Direct or indirect leadership experience in aerospace
Ability to interpret engineering models and drawings
Experience with avionics integration and testing
Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 standards
Physical ability to work at heights and lift 35lbs
Nice-to-have
Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling
Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments
Military background or service experience
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work off-shift and extended hours
