Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years biopharmaceutical compliance experience
Knowledge of US fraud and abuse laws
Expertise in PhRMA Code on interactions
Experience with commercial stage pharmaceuticals
Ability to draft and implement compliance policies
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience launching new products or indications
Willingness to travel 15-20%
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree required
Minimum 5-8 years relevant compliance experience
Local to MA preferred
Expertise in US corporate commercial healthcare law
