  • ICCM COTS certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory role
  • Previous grounds maintenance operations experience
  • Knowledge of burial regulations and procedures
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification
  • First Aid or Mental Health First Aid certification

  • Physical fitness for outdoor conditions
