Job Summary
Facilitate and drive several key processes for risk, compliance, and reporting, with a specific responsibility to set up, evolve and execute the comprehensive KPI framework agreed with our (Strategic) System Integrators.
Guide and support ING and (Strategic) Suppliers stakeholders in the whole process, ensuring shared objectives, shared tooling, timely and adequate reporting are key in monitoring our progress against objectives and contractual commitments.
Design, execute, and manage stakeholder and partner satisfaction surveys, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and organizational objectives, and analyze survey data to generate actionable insights and reports.
