The Payload Communications Manager serves as the primary voice between the ground and ISS crew concerning payload issues and activities, providing crew advocacy and coordinating payload operations.
This role requires managing real-time communications including voice, email, and crew messages, and representing the Paycom Group in various ISS meetings and simulations.
Shift rotations include early mornings, daytime, and some weekends/holidays, with responsibilities performed under limited supervision and requiring quick decision-making in high-pressure environments.
