This role drives performance by monitoring operational metrics to improve EBITDA and working capital while ensuring strict compliance with FDA, DEA, and DSCSA regulations.
The position requires partnering cross-functionally with finance, procurement, IT, quality, and sales teams to optimize warehouse product flow and maintain inventory quality.

Must-have
3+ years progressive management experience
3+ years supply chain or warehouse operations
Advanced SAP EWM and Excel skills
Knowledge of DSCSA regulations compliance
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma process improvement

Designated Representative or Manager in Charge experience
Strong passion for team development and coaching
Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-urgency environment
Experience building analytical tools and project plans
Background in continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Designated Representative or Manager in Charge experience strongly preferred
Willingness to qualify as Designated Representative in all 50 states
