This role partners closely with divisional leaders and Government Affairs to translate business priorities into access strategies, monitor policy shifts, and shape advocacy efforts aligned with the EMEA access agenda.
The position includes building and retaining a high-performing team, driving regional capability building, overseeing budget planning, and representing EMEA HE&R execution on the global leadership team.
