Key Requirements
Minimum Connecticut State Operators License or equivalent HVAC unlimited licensure (OE-2, S-2, S-1)
Experience with CMMS work order management systems
Ability to pass Federal and State Criminal Background Check
Must be capable of working all shifts for 365/24/7 coverage
Current member in good standing with International Union of Operating Engineers Local
