Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventive maintenance of data center systems
Monitoring building management systems
Operation of emergency backup electrical systems
Mechanical systems maintenance including HVAC and chillers
Responding to alarms and site emergencies
Work order and vendor management
Nice-to-have
Professional interaction with tenants and contractors
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Experience with Corrigo, MCIM, Salesforce, Zendesk, Service Now
Hands-on data center experience including UPS
Ability to work night shifts and holidays
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
4+ years related work experience
