  • The Director is responsible for managing all aspects of land development projects including due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, and community turnover throughout Southern California.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning or Civil Engineering
  • prior residential homebuilding/land development experience
  • experience with project budgeting and scheduling
  • willingness to commute and attend evening meetings
