• Maintain the safety and security of all staff, artists, vendors and guests while creating a positive and uplifting experience for diverse groups of individuals.
• Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction, hazard removal, and enforcing venue policies including alcohol and weapon checks.
• Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals, and flashlights while remaining in constant contact throughout the shift and attending pre-shift meetings.
