The role involves supporting end-to-end data activities including assessment, mapping, transformation, loading, and validation for HCM and/or Financials modules.
Candidates will receive a base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 plus participation in Huron's performance-based incentive program.

Must-have
3-4 years Workday implementation experience
Hands-on Workday HCM or Financials configuration
Data conversion mapping and validation skills
Workday report design and building expertise
Data analysis and reconciliation capabilities

Prior consulting experience on implementations
Experience with multiple deployment phases
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Effective collaboration in fast-paced teams
Key Requirements
3-4 years of Workday implementation support
Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks
