  • Provide administration support to the business development leadership team, including Business Development Managers, Head of Business Development, Commercial Team, Customer Service team, and Area teams.
  • Key responsibilities include processing B2B client orders, invoicing/crediting, updating the B2B Dashboard, processing customer sign-ups and amendments, and managing direct debit schemes.
  • This role involves using software to load mobile tickets and smart cards, managing bulk student bus pass orders, keeping customer files up to date, and potentially assisting at events outside normal office hours.
