The successful candidate will lead complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities include overseeing vendor performance through quarterly reviews, managing internal audits, and implementing industry best practices for sourcing.
