The role serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across the NEOM Green Hydrogen project's power generation and transmission elements.
Candidates must lead a functional team to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations including NCA ECC and HCIS Sec-12 policies.
The position requires managing end-to-end cybersecurity scope from design gap closure to final proof-of-compliance submission for the Facility Operator.

15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC and OTCC regulatory compliance
HCIS Stage-4 delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Vendor and sub-contractor coordination
Proof of Compliance document review

ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification
CISSP or GIAC ICS certifications

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestones
Deep understanding of ICS architectures like BPCS/SIS/SCADA
Working experience in KSA regulations such as NCA ECC-1:2018
