Reliability Centered Maintenance implementation
Building automation systems operation
Root cause failure analysis facilitation
Condition-based and predictive maintenance
Asset management and capital planning
Data analytics for maintenance optimization

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Self-starter with flexible approach
Ability to balance multiple stakeholder requirements
Fluent in English and Flemish/Dutch/French

Key Requirements
University Degree in Engineering discipline
5-10 years experience in RCM and PdM methods
Experience with building automation and fault detection systems
Certified Reliability Leader preferred
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional preferred
IAM Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management preferred
Level 2 certifications in thermography, vibration, ultrasound preferred
