Job Summary

• The Country Medical Lead is accountable for developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy for the United Kingdom, leading the creation and execution of country medical plans aligned with business objectives.
• This role involves overseeing, aligning with, and influencing cross-functional partners to ensure proper execution of medical plans, and working closely with Global and in-country Medical Affairs colleagues to lead robust country launch plans for new products.
• Responsibilities include supervising country Medical Affairs staff, leading local medical education plans, informing evidence generation plans, supporting trials, disseminating evidence, engaging with HCPs and KOLs, and answering HCP medical queries.
