Must-have

  • 5+ years event production experience
  • 2-5 years onsite AV meeting support
  • Troubleshooting Cisco WebEx and IP networks
  • Managing Crestron processors and Q-SYS systems
  • High-pressure onsite event delivery

Nice-to-have

  • Studio production and event experience
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred
  • Strong sense of humor under pressure
  • Vendor management and relationship skills
  • Experience with virtual desktops and Mac support

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 5+ years relevant experience in event production
  • Minimum 2-5 years proven AV meeting support
