  • Essential duties include administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, completing schedules, coordinating with the Director of Nursing Services, and handling applicant inquiries.
  • The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work effectively with residents and personnel, and potentially assist in emergency evacuations.
