  • The Account Manager is responsible for creating the account plan in alignment with the customer’s strategy, leading and coordinating customer engagement and driving innovation.
  • Strengthen and maintain customer engagement with mid- and senior-level leaders across the VA customer space with a focus on VHA and VBA.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 13+ years of prior of experience
  • Existing relationships and expertise at VHA & VBA
  • 13+ years of experience leading or managing a team
  • Extensive understanding of Government customers, doctrine, concepts, and requirements
  • Demonstrated access to key government customers and industry partners
  • Experience with federal government budget, investments and acquisition processes
  • US Citizens and be eligible to obtain a security clearance
