Job Summary
Perform admissions and other oasis timepoints and revisits for clients requiring skilled nursing and fulfills the needs of patients in a variety of age groups, their family members, and the community.
Bear the responsibility and accountability for the nursing care that the patient receives while receiving services from Valley Home Care, Inc.
