Emphasis will be on developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs.
The role requires strategic planning, execution excellence, and cultivation of internal and external networks to advance long-term development and business objectives.

Salary
$231,900.00 - $365,000.00; Annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role/expertise in pharma and/or biotech
Demonstrated experience as a people manager
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in a scientific-related discipline
Extensive experience with drug/ vaccine product registration and commercialization/ life-cycle management
