The Hchc Foundation is seeking a Donor Development & Philanthropy Officer to cultivate major gift strategies and enhance donor relationships within the Mount Pleasant community. This full-time position requires strong fundraising experience and excellent communication skills to successfully implement giving campaigns and build long-term relationships.

Job Summary
The lead role cultivates a comprehensive strategy around major gift development for both the Great River Health Foundation and the Henry County Health Center Foundation.
This experienced professional will lead the organization's one-on-one donor cultivation through engagement, follow-up, and the building of long-term professional relationships.
