  • The Manager, AI Enablement is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for enabling AI use-cases and production-grade AI capabilities across Canada P&BB Data & Analytics.
  • This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Architecture, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-8+ years AI or analytics delivery experience
  • Strong hands-on Python and PySpark development
  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure ecosystems
  • Proven track record delivering production AI solutions
  • Solid understanding of MLOps lifecycle and CI/CD

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience with model registry and versioning strategies
  • Knowledge of real-time and batch inference capabilities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture strategy

Key Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in AI or analytics delivery
