Job Summary

This technical leader partners with R&D and Operations to launch advanced manufacturing processes and automation while meeting customer focus timelines.
BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a minimum requirement of 4 days in-office per week to foster creativity and effective problem-solving.

Must-have
Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA)
Process validation protocols and reports
Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering degree
SolidWorks and AutoCAD software proficiency
Medical device production experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with semi-automated production lines
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for innovation and sustainable growth
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Statistical software proficiency
Key Requirements
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering
Four years of experience or MS with two years
Intermediate knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProModel, FlexSim
Understanding of GMPs and medical device regulations
