Apply advanced RTL design and optimization techniques to meet demanding power, performance, and area (PPA) goals in close partnership with physical implementation teams.
Debug RTL test failures, root‑cause issues, and rapidly implement fixes to maintain feature correctness and functional robustness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 9+ years of experience

5+ years of RTL coding and/or IP integration experience
Experience in micro-architecture definition & debug
Experience in design related tools such as LINT, CDC, PT-STA, Fishtail, Power UPF
