Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 7+ years in Learning and Development or Organizational Development
  • 3+ years in a senior capacity
  • Experience with learning technologies and LMS administration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience leading change management initiatives is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTM, or similar) are advantageous
