• The Operations Director provides strategic operational leadership to align Express Scripts' services with complex client objectives while managing a portfolio of front-line Account Managers.
• This role is responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded, driving client satisfaction and retention through cross-functional collaboration and effective issue resolution.
