  • Partner closely with people leaders and associates to proactively solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Provide daily coaching and guidance to people leaders, navigate employee relations issues, and help them solve problems to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
  • Serve as a leadership partner to specific departments, develop an understanding of the business, and translate business requirements into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
