Job Summary

• The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) at SRS Heritage Group serves a critical role in advancing safety and compliance across the Heritage Pool and Landscape division, by developing and implementing safety policies that align with State, Local, Federal, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• The RSM is responsible for performing incident investigations, conducting operator safety training, and ensuring comprehensive safety compliance, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of all employees and enhancing the operational effectiveness of Heritage Pool's safety programs.
• SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. • Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field
• 5+ years of experience in safety management
• Proficiency in Origami platform
• Knowledge of DOT regulations (CFR 49)
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) (preferred)
