  • The RSM is responsible for performing incident investigations, conducting operator safety training, and ensuring comprehensive safety compliance, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of all employees and enhancing the operational effectiveness of Heritage Pool's safety programs.
  • SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in safety management
  • Proficiency in Origami platform
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations (CFR 49)
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) (preferred)
