Base: $30.33 per hour; Bonus/Equity: 10% Variable Remuneration; Benefits: 12% Superannuation, 30% off Telstra services, 16 weeks paid parental leave, gender affirmation leave, Cultural Leave, Blood Donor Leave, purchase up to 4 weeks additional leave
