Job Summary

  • The Testing Technical Manager is responsible for factory testing issue support and management, focusing on CM factories management and technical support to sustain good quality and shipment.
  • Oversee the overall technical management of Vietnam CM factories, including production process supervision, technical problem resolution, and monitoring of testing & quality issues.
  • Monitor and drive CM factories to improve yield and product quality; promote testing improvement, automation and digitalization in CM factories.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years technical work experience in electronic manufacturing
  • At least 2-3 years technical management experience
  • Proven experience in test equipment setup, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in reading circuit diagrams
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Experience managing CM factories
  • Experience in SMT or assembly process maintenance
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related majors
