Responsible for the overall management of the Fabrication area, leading the team to achieve objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
The role requires coordinating daily production, resolving safety and quality situations, and implementing continuous improvement programs using Eaton Business Systems.
Candidates must motivate staff to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring a safe and ergonomic work environment with zero accidents.

3 to 5 years manufacturing experience
At least 3 years supervisory role
Strong knowledge of stamping and die cut processes
Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement

AS400 ERP previous experience
Yellow Belt or Six Sigma certification

Key Requirements
