Job Summary

  • The System Administrator is expected to facilitate operational support to and on behalf of the assigned team, supporting large and global scale systems for building management and physical security operations.
  • Work is ticket based, and the team would be expected to procedurally work through tickets to resolution, including monitoring ticket queues and IM channels.
  • This role requires out of business hours support for scheduled time-sensitive upgrades and 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages.
