  • Working knowledge of UNIX, Windows servers, and network gear

  • Experience with ServiceNow reconciliation and mapping frameworks
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and JavaScript scripting
  • ITIL v4 Configuration Management experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery (preferred)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certified (preferred)
